June 8, 2026 – Palm Beach Gardens, FL — Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP is pleased to announce that government investigations and white-collar crime associate Robert Gordon has been selected as the co-chair of the Membership Committee of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL).

With attorney Ashley Minton, Robert will co-head one of FACDL’s largest and most important committees. Incoming President Aaron Wayt announced a goal of bringing 500 new members to FACDL during his term and the co-chairs will strategize a plan to help realize that membership aspiration.

A graduate of the prestigious National Criminal Defense College, Robert has served as trial counsel in more than 20 jury trials with charges including DUI, money laundering, organized scheme to defraud, felon in possession of a firearm, kidnapping, sexual battery and first-degree murder.
