Danielle H. Bratek

Ms. Bratek represents international clientele for Intellectual Property matters. Working with solopreneurs, start-ups and mid-market corporations, Danielle provides personal and prompt communication to meet client objectives. Her focus is counselling of clients in connection with intellectual property rights and spearheading prosecution of registrations and enforcement of same covering patent, trademark, copyright and related contractual matters.

Raised in New Jersey, she is a long-time resident of South Florida where she resides with her husband and yellow labrador Cooper. Hobbies include boating, yoga, traveling and maintaining a varietal plant collection.
