Robert Gordon is a skilled trial attorney who has represented hundreds of clients in criminal cases in Palm Beach County state court.

He joins the firm after more than five years of service at the Public Defender’s Office, where he began in 2019 as a certified legal intern. Mr. Gordon ultimately served in the felony and “Serious Crimes” divisions, handling cases that were punishable by life imprisonment.

A graduate of the prestigious National Criminal Defense College, Mr. Gordon has served as trial counsel in more than 20 jury trials with charges including DUI, Money Laundering, Organized Scheme to Defraud, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Kidnapping, Sexual Battery and First-Degree Murder. He has also represented juveniles in adjudicatory hearings on serious charges like carjacking with a firearm and represented clients in mental health court.

Mr. Gordon is passionate about criminal defense and has a reputation for being committed to his clients, detail oriented, ethical, and deeply knowledgeable. Mr. Gordon’s exhaustive pre-trial investigative work, creative motion practice, use of sophisticated legal strategies, and compelling trial advocacy has led to successful outcomes for clients facing the most serious felony charges.

Mr. Gordon is also a thought leader in the Criminal Defense community, devoting time to the organizations that affect criminal defendants and the proper administration of justice.
