Stuart R. Kudman is a founding partner of Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP. His focus is on transactions and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, commercial real estate transactions, licensing, and various forms of capital financing transactions.
With extensive experience in domestic and international business, he is at ease structuring and negotiating deals representing global U.S. and foreign companies.
Mr. Kudman focuses on each client’s goals and objectives with strategic vision. He understands the elements of a successful transaction, particularly with regard to businesses and their financial and tax issues. Over the course of his practice, he has helped clients from a variety of industries sell companies to Pfizer, Pitney-Bowes, Johnson & Johnson, Pearson PLC, Corinthian Capital, American Greetings, Estee Lauder, Global Brands, Avon, ABC Supply Co., Party City, Villa Enterprises, and Houchens Industries. He has also negotiated various forms of financings with multinational and U.S. based financial institutions, including financial factors and other non-traditional lenders.
