With extensive experience in domestic and international business, he is at ease structuring and negotiating deals representing U.S. and foreign companies.

Over the course of his practice, he has helped clients from a variety of industries sell companies to Pfizer, Pitney-Bowes, Johnson & Johnson, Pearson PLC, Corinthian Capital, American Greetings, Estee Lauder, Global Brands, Avon, ABC Supply Co., Party City, Villa Enterprises, United Rentals, and Houchens Industries. He has also negotiated various forms of financings with multinational and U.S. based financial institutions, including financial factors and other non-traditional lenders.
