Joseph Mannarino

Joseph Mannarino is an associate at the firm and a member of its corporate transactions department.

Mr. Mannarino is a transactional attorney in the broadest sense. He has an approachable nature and a passion for explaining legal concepts in ways that allow his clients to make the best decisions for themselves and their businesses. Mr. Mannarino prides himself on being both thorough and efficient.

Since joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Mannarino has represented and advised owners exiting their businesses in sales to strategic buyers, private equity groups, and public companies in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, education, alcoholic beverage, and equipment rental industries.

Mr. Mannarino also has extensive knowledge of New York real estate and related matters, including commercial and residential transactions and financings, estate planning and administration, commercial leasing, easements, landlord and tenant disputes, ownership structures and taxation, and mechanic’s liens. He has represented clients ranging from individuals purchasing their first cooperative apartment to some of the largest real estate owners in New York City. Prior to joining Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP, Mr. Mannarino was a general practice attorney in Whitestone, Queens, where he gained broad experience and appeared on behalf of clients in New York’s Supreme, Civil, Administrative, and Surrogate’s Courts across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County.

Mr. Mannarino is a life-long resident of Queens and currently lives in Bayside with his wife Brigid and their two cats. Prior to entering the legal profession, he was a high school mathematics teacher in Middle Village, New York.
