Vaughn C. Collopy

Vaughn C. Collopy is an Associate whose legal practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and private securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, private equity issuances, corporate governance, corporate regulatory compliance, entity formation and structuring, and general corporate and commercial transactions. Vaughn possesses a proven ability to draft and review complex agreements, conduct and manage due diligence processes, and provide advice on corporate and commercial matters in across a variety of sectors. 

While in law school, Vaughn served as a member of Volume 41 of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and served the Nassau County community through the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (“VITA”) program hosted at Hofstra Law.
