Jill G. Weiss is a prominent business and construction litigation attorney based in Palm Beach County, Florida, specializing in complex business disputes and construction law.

She has built her legal career at boutique litigation law firms focusing on business litigation and construction matters. In 2015, she established Jill G. Weiss P.A. Ms. Weiss has represented clients in all types of business- related litigation including shareholder and other contract disputes, defamation, unfair trade practices, and construction and building related issues. Jill represents among others, individuals, corporate entities, homeowners and condominium associations.

A dedicated leader, Ms. Weiss has served as President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Her achievements include the Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ Leader in the Law Award, and recognition annually as a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine since 2015.

Admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the District of Columbia, U.S. District Courts (Southern and Middle-Florida), U.S. Court of Appeals (11th Circuit), and the U.S. Supreme Court, Ms. Weiss holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Emory University, an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and her J.D. magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, where she was a member of the Law Review.
