Our employment law group focuses on serving employers as well as executives, members of the securities industry, professionals and other employees.

Arbitration before FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and AAA (American Arbitration Association) and other dispute resolution forums
Mediation of contractual and statutory claims concerning termination; compensation; accommodation of disabilities; and other employment related rights and responsibilities
Representation of parties before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative agencies
