Some of Mitchell’s most notable matters include a victory at the Supreme Court in KSR International Co. v. “Since joining our firm early last year, Mitchell has proven himself to be an invaluable addition to our firm and its growth as well as to our clients,” said Tama Kudman, chair of KTAP’s Government Enforcement and White Collar Defense Group.

Mitchell is a frequent speaker on criminal and civil matters and has been quoted in The New York Times, Times (London), Forbes, Fortune, CNN, CNBC, Newsday, USA Today and in publications in Europe, Asia and South America.
