New York/ Florida — February 1, 2024—Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP announces the opening of a new office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and the addition of renowned white-collar criminal defense lawyer Tama Beth Kudman, who will be dividing her time between Florida and New York.
Ms. Kudman focuses her national practice on government enforcement, corporate compliance, internal investigations, state and federal criminal and white-collar litigation, FCA defense and complex commercial litigation. She has significant experience in the defense of criminal, civil and administrative matters, with a concentration in the area of healthcare.
Her past clients have included senior executives, professional services providers, politicians, sports figures, members of the clergy, and reputed organized crime figures, among other well-known individuals and corporations. Ms. Kudman was most recently a partner of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and co-chair of their Government Enforcement, Compliance & White-Collar litigation group.

Ms. Kudman has been recognized by Chambers USA in Litigation: White Collar Crime & Government Investigations in Florida. She was appointed to serve on the Federal Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel for the Southern District of Florida in 2017 and 2019. She was honored as “Lawyer of the Year” in West Palm Beach in 2020 and 2023 for White-Collar Criminal Defense and again in 2022 and 2024 for General Criminal Defense by The Best Lawyers in America®.
