July 24, 2024, New York, NY – Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Elizabeth Larrauri Chamulak as Special Counsel and the leader of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group in its New York office.
Elizabeth has more than 30 years of experience in estate planning as well as all aspects of probate proceedings and administration of estates and trusts. She advises individual clients and families regarding multi-generational transfers and protection of assets, including real estate, securities, family businesses and tangible personal property.
Elizabeth has represented individuals and corporate fiduciaries during probate and accounting proceedings and has appeared before the Surrogate’s Courts of numerous counties in New York and New Jersey. A large part of her practice includes Surrogate’s Court proceedings. She prepares estate and gift tax returns and represents clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities with issues pertaining to estate, gift and income tax. She also works with charitable organizations and foundations.
She was most recently a partner with Cullen and Dykman LLP.
