February 18, 2025 – Palm Beach Gardens, FL — Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP is pleased to announce the addition of government investigations and white-collar crime associate Robert Gordon to the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office.
Robert joins the firm after more than five years at the Public Defender’s Office in Palm Beach County where he most recently served in the felony and serious crimes divisions, handling cases that were punishable by life imprisonment.
Robert is a skilled trial attorney who has represented hundreds of clients in criminal cases in Palm Beach County state court. A graduate of the prestigious National Criminal Defense College, Robert has served as trial counsel in more than 20 jury trials with charges including driving under the influence, money laundering, organized scheme to defraud, felon in possession of a firearm, kidnapping, sexual battery and first-degree murder. He has also represented juveniles in adjudicatory hearings on serious charges like carjacking with a firearm and represented clients in mental health court.
Robert is a thought leader in the criminal defense community, devoting time to organizations that affect criminal defendants and the proper administration of justice. He is involved in Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he currently serves on the legislative committee. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He received his JD from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
