Palm Beach Gardens, FL- March 2, 2026 — Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP is pleased to announce that Jill G. Weiss, a highly regarded business and construction litigation attorney based in Palm Beach County, Florida, has joined the firm’s expanding business litigation practice.
Jill brings a wide range of experience handling complex business disputes and construction-related matters for a broad range of clients across South Florida.
Jill has built her career at boutique litigation firms. Her practice encompasses all facets of business-related litigation, including shareholder and contract disputes, defamation claims, unfair trade practices, and construction and building controversies. She represents individuals, corporate entities, homeowners, and condominium associations in both state and federal courts. In addition, Jill is certified Florida Supreme Court Civil Circuit Mediator.
A recognized leader in the South Florida legal community, Jill has served as President of both the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She has also served as the President of the Board of Directors Susan G. Komen Florida and is a past Chair of the South Florida Race for the Cure.
Currently, Jill serves on the Board of Directors for the Hanley Foundation, which focuses on eliminating addiction through prevention, advocacy, treatment and recovery support.
Her professional honors include the Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ Leader in the Law Award and an annual selection to Super Lawyers since 2015. Jill holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University.
