Scott H. Kaliko, Esq. has joined the law firm of Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP of Manhattan, New York as a Senior Attorney and Head of Intellectual Property.
Scott’s practice focuses on intellectual property protection, including strategic counseling, brand management and protection, patent, copyright, and trademark prosecution, and enforcement of patents, copyrights, and trademarks. With a background in electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, and biology, he works with the Firm’s clients in the medical device, mechanical device, design patents, and related fields for clients such as Honeywell, Siemens, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Mr. Kaliko handles transactional corporate and intellectual property matters, including licensing, intellectual property due diligence, non-disclosure agreements, and intellectual property transactions.
