William E. Hammond is admitted to practice in New York and has spent 30 years focusing his practice on corporate transactional law.
Mr. Hammond handles all facets of corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs, corporate restructurings, bank financing, factoring, and various forms of capital financing transactions. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Hammond spent a decade in banking. His experience in domestic and international banking allows him to assist clients from a variety of industries in structuring and negotiating deals representing global U.S. and foreign companies.
Mr. Hammond currently lives in New York with his wife.
