Victoria Sadosky

Victoria joined KTAP in 2023, and focuses her practice on corporate and M&A transactions. She handles commercial, transactional and other business matters in a variety of industries, including healthcare, food & beverage, consumer goods, and real estate.

Victoria earned her B.A. from Cornell University and J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While attending law school, she competed in negotiation competitions as a senior editor on Cardozo’s ADR Competition Honor Society and served as a judicial intern in the New York State Supreme Court. In addition to acquiring transactional and intellectual property experience through various internships, Victoria gained her passion for business and corporate transactions as a competitor and coach for transactional law competitions based on real-life M&A deals in the healthcare sector. She now uses her transactional foundation to assist clients at various stages of their company’s growth and development. Prior to her legal career, Victoria was an editorial assistant for a well-known publication focusing on wine and restaurant culture.
